So when you can save some money on necessities, that’s always a good thing, especially when it frees up cash for some of the fun extras. If you’re planning spring break or summer vacations or just looking for a weekend getaway, take note of these hotel deals and promotions where kids stay and eat for free.

Kids stay and eat free at Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Select, and Holiday Inn Resort hotels around the world. Here’s how it works: Up to two children ages 18 and under stay free with up to two adults at hotel properties in the Americas. Kids ages 11 and under eat free when ordering from the kids menu at hotel restaurants. The offer is available for up to two children per parent, per meal, and adults must order a main course from the menu. The deal is also available at Holiday Inn properties in Europe and Asia with slightly different age ranges.

In the U.S., there’s a Holiday Inn property for every kind of family vacation. If you’re celebrating America’s 250th birthday or just a fan of U.S. history, Holiday Inn Charleston-Riverview and Holiday Inn Washington Capitol-National Mall are good options.

Book by March 31, 2026, to take advantage of Hilton’s Kids & Teens Stay Free promotion at select all-inclusive resorts. The deal includes free stays and meals for up to two kids or teens (ages 17 and under) per room, with a minimum three-night stay for travel between April 15 and October 31, 2026.

Mohonk Mountain House—located in New York State and one of our favorite U.S. all-inclusive resorts—offers a kids stay and eat free deal at different points throughout the year, but you have to pick up the phone to get it. Dial 855-883-3798 for the call-only special, where one child ages four to 12 stays and eats free per paying adult, with a limit of two children per room. The deal is available this year at the Hudson Valley resort for stays February 16 to 21, March 27 to April 11, and midweek during the summer, with a two-night minimum.

Alexandra Resort sits right along the white sands of Providenciales’ famed Grace Bay and offers included amenities like a water trampoline, snorkeling gear, kayaks, and paddleboards. And when families stay at this resort located along Mexico’s Riviera Nayarit, children under 12 eat free at its restaurants when accompanied by an adult ordering a regular entrée. The Brando

Located on the atoll of Tetiaroa in French Polynesia, The Brando resort is the stuff vacation dreams are made of. Think days spent swimming, snorkeling, paddling, and learning about Polynesian nature and culture. It’s definitely not a budget-friendly getaway, but it becomes a little easier on the budget with the resort’s kids fly, stay, and eat free offer. For travel dates from February 12, 2026, to March 31, 2028, children under 12 enjoy complimentary flights to Tetiaroa, villa accommodations, daily dining, and resort activities when traveling with their parents.
